Dennis Tartaglia - Founder and President
Dennis Tartaglia is founder and president of Tartaglia Communications, LLC. A leader in his field for nearly 30 years, Dennis has managed accounts in the areas of public health, health care policy, biomedical research and provider positioning. He has also held senior public relations appointments with hospitals and medical centers in metropolitan New York. Dennis’ winning campaigns have earned his clients more than two dozen top awards, including, PRWeek’s Healthcare Campaign of the Year, the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Silver Anvil, and PRSA’s Bronze Anvil Award of Commendation.
An officer of the PRSA Health Academy, Dennis co-chaired the Academy’s 2011 national conference in Washington, DC. Dennis has been quoted in PRWeek, O’Dwyer’s Public Relations Report, PR News, Communiqué and other publications. His work has been featured in Bulldog Reporter’s Breakthrough PR Campaigns and in the Big Book of Brilliant PR Ideas.
Dennis holds a Master of Arts from Montclair State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Ramapo College. He completed postgraduate coursework in the UMDNJ-Graduate Program in Public Health.

Sheila Tartaglia - Chief Operating Officer
Sheila Tartaglia is chief operating officer of Tartaglia Communications, LLC. A published writer, videographer, and graphic artist who infuses her work with passion, insight, and precision, Sheila delivers exceptional results to her clients. Her diverse, multiethnic background helps her build partnerships and open doors in emerging health care markets.
Sheila’s professional experience includes nine years in marketing and communications, and an additional 10 years in public education. She has worked with media and celebrities, pro bono, at fundraising events and galas for numerous nonprofit organizations, including the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Sheila is a member of The Association for Women in Communications, PRSA, Science Writers in New York and New York Women in Communications. She holds a Master of Arts from The College of New Jersey and a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University.
